We would like to invite you to attend our Parent Teacher Meetings to discuss your child’s progress with their class teacher. All of our meetings are in-person meetings, taking place in school. This will give you the opportunity to see your child's books and work. Bookings must be made using our new online booking system included in Arbor.
The sessions will take place on the following dates:
Wednesday 4th March 2026, 9.00am - 3.00pm (Kingfisher only)
Wednesday 4th March 2026, 3.40pm - 6.40pm (All classes)
Thursday 5th March 2026, 9.00am - 3.00pm (Puffin only)
Thursday 5th March 2026, 3.40pm - 5.40pm (All classes)
Bookings can be made from 11.00am on Monday 9th February 2026 and will close on Monday 2nd March 2026.
Bookings cannot be made before 11.00am on Monday 9th February 2026.
How do I book?

You must book your meeting using our new online appointment booking system which is now part of Arbor. This allows you to choose your own meeting times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments.
*Please note: In Arbor, Parent Teacher Meetings are called ‘Guardian Consultations’.

Once you have booked your meeting online you will receive an email confirming your booking. Simply come into school (via the main office entrance) before your meeting and follow the signs to the relevant place. School staff will also be around to point you in the right direction.

Log in with your Arbor account details.
